Guests will love its outside living spaces, with two terraces from which to choose, both enjoying the pervasive scent of lavender and rosemary. There are gardens both at the front and rear of the property. A large dining table sits on one of the terraces which has a bamboo roof with climbing wisteria providing ample shade and stunning views over the valley (and overlooking the pool area for supervising children). The second terrace nestles in the garden at the side of the property with a view of Preggio and hills beyond, this is a great spot for breakfasts.

Inside, one sitting room is situated upstairs with a large fireplace and downstairs is the dining room with oak beams and another sitting room, with doors opening onto the terrace with stone barbecue and fridge.

In addition to the main house is the the original Tobacco Tower, converted into an annexe,ideal for guests preferring somewhere to escape to, as well as being well suited for teenagers wanting their own ‘space’ away from parents!

With it’s barbecue, swimming pool with smart cushioned teak sunbeds, football goal post, badminton or volley ball net, there is always plenty to do.

For lovers of art and culture, Casa Cottimi is an ideal base, with easy access to the historic towns of Perugia, Cortona, Gubbio and Assisi.
