| The approach to La Cupa is all part of the surprise, along a countrified tree-lined track, opening up to the lovely gardens surrounding an old stone farmhouse. One is immediately struck by the total tranquility and peace of this idyllic place in rural surrounds - yet so near to the Tuscan border, and historic hill towns of Orvieto and Todi. The pretty hill-top village of Aqualoreto, is a few minutes drive away. Summer months can be spent eating al fresco meals under the shade of two chestnut trees, it will be difficult to leave the beautiful pool area with shade at one end, and its unbeatable views. The complimentary notes in the visitors book sum up the wonderful ambience the delightful owner has created. |
