The luxurious master bedroom suite extends the whole width of the first floor and all the bedrooms are of a good size with en suite facilities. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor offering good privacy for two families or couples.

A broad wisteria shaded terrace runs the length of the property furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and memorable meals can be enjoyed on the paved terrace outside the kitchen or in the gardens. The gardens are immaculate with ample space for games and running about. The owner is an enthusiastic gardener and guests often remark on the well-tended olive trees. A gentle stroll leads down to the pool set into a lower level. From its shady pergola, the views extend to distant hills and mountains, over countryside covered in vines, olive trees, chesnuts and oak.

Particularly appealing for many will be the tennis court close to La Casetta in a beautiful setting.
