| Built using the light coloured local stone, I Trulli blends perfectly with the surrounding rock. Each simply furnished trullo house has its own terrace, connected to one another by steps on three separate levels, ensuring not only stunning sea views from each room but a degree of privacy for each guest. The first trullo house has a pleasant shaded terrace, cosy sitting room and a double bedroom with an en suite shower room. Down a series of steps is the second and largest trullo house with a large dining terrace, a sitting area with dining table, a kitchen and two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Nearer the pool and down some more steps is the third trullo house with a large sheltered terrace, two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The friendly team of house staff will recommend the nearest beaches which the Pugliese people believe are among of the best in Italy and only a short drive from I Trulli is the attractive coastal town of Santa Maria di Leuca for boat hire, restaurants, shops or a pleasant stroll. A highly recommended and unusual holiday home. |
